Model Town Green utilised home advantage to perfection and inflicted huge 113 runs win over Faiz Bagh Gymkhana in the Group-B tussle of Colonel Fateh Sher Ali Khan Memorial Cricket Cup 2010 at Model Town Green Ground on Friday. The highlight of the match was brilliant bowling by Azad Chemma who took 5-27 in unplayable spell for the host and later on took Man of the Match Award from MTFA President Mian Rizwan Ali.

The host piled up 257-3 in 35 overs with Shahbaz Butt 95, Ali Naqvi 78*, Amjad Dar 46. Rehmat Khan took 2-72, Khurram Ashfaq 1-44. In reply, Faiz Bagh team was out for 144 with Muhammad Salim 41, Wasim Butt 27, Rehmat Khan 22. Azad Chemma 5-27, Amir Hayat 2-49, Abdul Mustafa 2-17 were main wicket takers. The umpires were Saif Ullah and Muhammad Asif.
